We were part of the successful team on this pedestrian tunnel project in Greensboro. Our scope included below grade waterproofing and caulking. The project also made ENR's Southeast Award for best Small Project.

We have nearly completed a half million dollar contract at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Our contract included Siplast Waterproofing, Spray Foam Insulation, Epoxy Flooring, Caulking, Traffic Coating and various division 7 specialties. Go check out the newly renovated stadium.

LEED BD+C
Cardiff Shea has increased his LEED Credentials by becoming a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C). The LEED credential distinguishes a specialized knowledge of green building principles and the LEED Green Building Rating System. Cardiff continues to take continuing education credits to maintain a current knowledge of the ever changing sustainable industry and remain current with the LEED Program. Waterproofing Specialties has been selected to receive the ‘Quality Assurance Program Excellence’ award. This award is given to contractors that had the five audits or more with less than 25 demerits per audit. Waterproofing Specialties is one of 17 contractors nationwide that achieved this during 2012. Waterproofing Specialties will be acknowledged during the Welcome Reception at ABAA’s 2013 Conference & Trade show in Chicago, IL.
